Baheti Recycling Industries Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Minda Corporation Limited for the supply of 4,368 metric tonnes of aluminium alloy ingots in the financial year 2025–26. The order is valued at approximately INR 1.21 billion and covers a one-year period.

Baheti Recycling currently operates three rotary facilities and 15 furnaces with a combined installed capacity of 29,160 metric tonnes per annum, running at around 64 percent utilisation. The company’s operational area spans 32,890 square yards, allowing room for future expansion. Its workforce includes 450 employees, supplemented by over 200 contractual workers.

The company has recently commissioned a new Tilting Rotary Furnace (TRF) unit and plans to add another by FY26 to increase production capacity.

Baheti Recycling Industries Limited, formerly Baheti Metal & Ferro Alloys Ltd., is engaged in recycling aluminium scrap into products such as ingots, cubes, shots, notch bars, and de-ox alloys. The company is headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
