KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Limited, a manufacturer of heat exchangers, has commenced commercial production at its new manufacturing facility in Neemrana, Rajasthan, through its wholly owned subsidiary KRN HVAC Products Pvt. Ltd. The operations at the facility began on May 31, 2025. The new plant is focused on manufacturing heat exchangers and HVAC products.
The facility is located in the RIICO Industrial Area, Kolila Joga, Neemrana, and is positioned to serve northern industrial clusters and logistics corridors. According to the company, the expansion supports its plan to enhance manufacturing capacity and meet rising demand in both domestic and international markets.
“This facility is not only a testament to our commitment to advanced manufacturing and operational excellence, but also a critical enabler in addressing the growing demand for high-efficiency HVAC and heat exchanger solutions across core sectors such as infrastructure, industrial manufacturing, and commercial real estate. With its strategic location and modern capabilities, this plant will serve as a key hub for both domestic distribution and export-oriented production,” said Santosh Kumar, Chairman and Managing Director of KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Limited.
KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Limited, established in 2017 and based in Neemrana, manufactures aluminium and copper fin and tube heat exchangers such as water coils, condenser coils, and evaporator coils. The company operates a 150,000 square foot factory with annual production exceeding 1 million units, of which around 16% are exported. In FY25, the company reported consolidated total revenue of INR 4.42 billion, EBITDA of INR 705.1 million, and net profit of INR 528.8 million.
