Arctic Refrigeration Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturer of HVACR components, has commenced operations at a new automated manufacturing plant in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, focused on producing heat exchangers for HVACR applications. The facility will manufacture air-cooled condensers, cooling coils, condensing units, and evaporators.
The plant is equipped with a Mandrel 4000mm control system, aC-Type Fin Press Line, a Vertical Tube Expander, a Chunlin Machine Tools, and Double Profile Metal Roofing Sheet Making Machine for sheet processing, shearing, bending, and coil and fin processing. The company noted that its refrigeration systems undergo testing before delivery and are built to operate in high ambient temperature conditions.
Arctic Refrigeration also operates a separate facility in RIICO Industrial Area, Khushkhera, Rajasthan, for the production of insulated panels, doors, and refrigeration unit assembly. The plant manufactures CFC-free, Cyclopentane-based, fire-resistant PIR insulated panels using high-pressure foaming machines. These panels range in thickness from 30 mm to 200 mm and can be produced in sizes up to 12.5 meters in height.
The company maintains an in-house research and development team to support product development and system design, focused on achieving target temperature conditions with minimal power consumption.
