KTM Technology & Innovations (India) Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturer of machining equipment, has inaugurated a new 40,000 square metre production facility in Rajkot, Gujarat. The plant was officially launched on 18 June 2025 and is intended to support the company’s machine manufacturing operations.

The plant has a production capacity 750 machines per month, with a designated area for producing assemblies and sub assemblies. The company will soon have over 325 employees and a 30+ dealer network. KTM’s prime products include CNC Turning Centers (up to 2 meters), CNC Vertical Lathes (up to 1 meter), CNC Turn Mill Centers (up to 2 meters), VMCs (up to 2.2 meters), HMCs, DCMCs (double column machining centers upto 6 meters). KTM has over 85 models across these series.

The company is also planning to launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the financial year 2028-29. KTM Technology & Innovations has strategic partnerships in Germany, the United States, Japan, and South Korea. The company aims to reach a turnover of over INR 10 billion by 2030-31. During the inauguration the company also offered a pre-IPO allotment.

Founded in 2015, KTM Technology & Innovations (India) Pvt Ltd was operating from a 22,000 square metre production facility with 160+ employees and 18+ dealers in 2023-24. The company is involved in the manufacturing of machining equipment and maintains partnerships in several international markets. The company has outlined plans for future growth, including a public market listing.
