TNVS, an affiliate of Continental Carriers Group, and Sonovision, a subsidiary of France’s Ortec Group, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a joint venture in India. The agreement was signed during the Paris Air Show and outlines plans to collaborate in aerospace and defence manufacturing and services.

According to the companies, the proposed joint venture will focus on maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services, ground support equipment (GSE), the manufacturing of jigs and tools, as well as mechanical and electromechanical assemblies. The venture also aims to facilitate the transfer of technical expertise to India and contribute to the global aerospace supply chain.

Sonovision provides technical documentation, engineering, and mechanical and systems design services, primarily for the aerospace sector. TNVS offers capabilities in logistics, supply chain operations, and industrial infrastructure across India.

Sonovision is part of the Ortec Group, a French engineering and services company focused on technical documentation, engineering, and design for the aerospace industry. TNVS is an Indian company affiliated with Continental Carriers Group, specializing in logistics and supply chain services.
