Rhinox, a manufacturer of stainless steel piping systems, has inaugurated a new stainless steel pipe manufacturing plant in Karnal, Haryana. The facility spans 11 acres with nearly 300,000 square feet of operational space and includes four production units and a stainless steel tube milling plant. It has a production capacity of 400 tons per month of SS304 and SS316L pipes.
The plant operates automated production lines using autogenous longitudinal tungsten gas welding with online bright annealing. It is also equipped with an in-house metals and pipes testing laboratory for both destructive and non-destructive testing.
Rhinox has established supply agreements with stainless steel manufacturers including Jindal Stainless Steel, Outokumpu, and POSCO India. The company stated that the facility will produce high-pressure precision tubes that meet DIN, ASTM, and NB standards.
Products from the new plant are intended for use in drinking water systems, compressed air lines, gas distribution, industrial fluids, and high-purity applications such as food processing and pharmaceutical industries. The facility holds multiple certifications, including NSF 61, NSF 372, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, PED, HACCP, and REACH compliance.
Rhinox develops and manufactures stainless steel piping systems for domestic and industrial applications. The company operates facilities in India and supplies products to both domestic and international markets.
