Bansal Wire Industries has inaugurated a new steel wire manufacturing facility in Dadri with a current production capacity of 360,000 metric tons per annum (MTPA). The company plans to increase this capacity to 420,000 MTPA by the first half of the 2025–26 financial year.

According to the company, the total infrastructure across all Bansal Wire locations can support up to 600,000 MTPA.

The Dadri facility includes a dedicated research and development centre focused on producing specialized wire products such as induction tempered, oil tempered, low relaxation pre-stressed concrete (LRPC), and brass-coated reinforced wires. These products are intended for use in sectors including automotive, construction, agriculture, and power.

Bansal Wire Industries is a manufacturer of stainless steel and mild steel wire products, catering to diverse sectors including automotive, infrastructure, agriculture, and general engineering. The company operates multiple manufacturing facilities in India and produces a wide range of wire types such as galvanized, spring steel, cable armouring, and specialty wires. Established in 1985, Bansal Wire has expanded its production capabilities over the years to meet growing domestic and international demand. The company also exports its products to several countries, contributing to its revenue mix.
