Dow India has opened a new corporate office in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, consolidating several of its operations into one location. The company said the move is intended to bring together previously separate teams to enable greater collaboration and operational efficiency.

The office was inaugurated by Julia S. Schlenz, President of Dow, EMEA and India. The event was attended by customers, industry association representatives, Joe Yang, Principal Commercial Officer of the U.S. Consulate in Mumbai, and Frank Geerkens, Consul General of Belgium in Mumbai. The company’s Country President for India, Siddhartha Ghosal, and his team were also present.

Dow India is part of Dow, a materials science company with a portfolio spanning packaging, infrastructure, mobility, and consumer applications. It operates manufacturing facilities, innovation centres, and commercial offices in multiple regions.

Dow India operates three manufacturing plants in the country along with three Centres of Excellence and one commercial office. The manufacturing locations include a plant in the SIPCOT Industrial Park in Mambakkam Post, Sunkuvarchatram, Kanchipuram District, Tamil Nadu, a manufacturing site in the MIDC Taloja, Raigad District, Maharashtra, and another manufacturing operation in Lote Parshuram, Khed, Ratnagiri District, Maharashtra.

These facilities focus on producing a broad range of advanced materials including plastics, industrial intermediates, coatings, and silicones. Dow India combines global technology and innovation with local manufacturing capabilities to serve high-growth segments such as packaging, infrastructure, mobility, and consumer care.

Dow India earned the Golden Peacock Award for Eco-Innovation 2025 for its breakthrough recycled polyethylene resin, REVELOOP, demonstrating Dow’s commitment to sustainability and innovation in India.
