Bray Controls India has inaugurated its fourth facility in Vadodara, Gujarat. The new site will support valve automation capabilities and valve package offerings aimed at enabling faster deliveries.

The company currently operates multiple facilities across India, with major manufacturing units located in Vadodara’s Savli and Manjusar GIDC regions, Chennai, and Sriperumbudur. The Vadodara plants produce manual and control valves, accessories, and valve automation packages for both domestic and export markets.

The Chennai facility focuses on butterfly valves, ball valves, actuators, and other flow control solutions, while the Sriperumbudur site manufactures actuator systems and precision flow control products serving sectors such as water, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.

Bray Controls India’s product portfolio includes butterfly valves, stainless steel and alloy ball valves, pneumatic actuators, check valves, modular automation systems, and control packages. The company supplies solutions for high-technology industries including pharmaceuticals, biotech, chemicals, and petrochemicals, with certifications such as FDA, NSF, BPE, API, and SIL3.

Its facilities are equipped with CNC machining, automated assembly, product innovation laboratories, and quality management systems designed to meet international standards. The company operates through wholly owned subsidiaries: Bray Controls India Pvt. Ltd. in Vadodara and Bray Technical Services India Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore, the latter integrated with Bray International’s global research and development operations.
