Interarch Building Products Limited, a company specializing in pre-engineered buildings (PEB), has acquired 51,926 square meters of land in Gujarat. The acquisition, which involved an investment of INR 7 crore, is part of the company’s efforts to increase production capacity and enhance its presence in Western India.
The newly acquired land is expected to help Interarch meet growing demand for pre-engineered buildings across the region. The company aims to improve its supply chain capabilities and position itself closer to key industrial hubs in Gujarat, a region seeing increased activity in sectors such as semiconductors, data centers, and renewable energy.
Interarch has previously completed projects in Gujarat for clients including Asian Paints, Timken, Micron (through Tata Projects Limited), Asahi Glass, and MG Motors.
The company operates four manufacturing facilities across India: one in Athivaram, Andhra Pradesh; one in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu; and two in Uttarakhand (Pantnagar and Kichha). The expansion in Gujarat is expected to complement these facilities and support Interarch’s growing business operations.
