Telawne Power Equipment has inaugurated a new manufacturing unit, named M2, at its facility in Ambernath. The development aims to expand the company’s production capacity in the power equipment sector, with a focus on renewable energy solutions.

The M2 facility is intended to enhance the company’s ability to meet customer demands and support innovation in sustainable energy technologies. Nikhil Jaisinghani, Executive Director of Polycab India Limited, participated in the inauguration as the chief guest.

Telawne Power Equipment specializes in manufacturing oil-immersed power and distribution transformers up to 50 MVA, 132 kV, resin-impregnated dry-type transformers up to 5 MVA, 22 kV, cast resin dry-type transformers up to 5 MVA, 33 kV, and unitized and pad-mounted substations up to 2 MVA, 33 kV. With an installed capacity of 1,000 MVA annually, the company also offers repair and after-sales services to customers across various sectors, including government utilities, industrial projects, and private enterprises.
