Raj Cooling Systems Pvt. Ltd. has inaugurated a new manufacturing plant in Naika, Kheda, Gujarat. The facility spans 6 lakh square feet and is equipped with modern machinery and technology to increase production capacity and operational efficiency.

The new plant has a daily production capacity of 5,000 air cooling units, which is over five times the combined capacity of the company’s existing facilities in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, and Faridabad. The ₹75 crore investment in this expansion aims to meet growing demand, reduce lead times, and enhance product availability for both domestic and international markets.

Kalpesh Ramoliya, Managing Director of Raj Cooling Systems, stated in a press release that the facility incorporates automation and sustainable practices. He emphasized that the expansion is aligned with the company’s plans to cater to evolving customer needs for energy-efficient cooling solutions.

The company is considering future expansions at the site, including additional production lines, advanced machinery, and research and development spaces to design new products. Raj Cooling is also exploring opportunities to diversify its offerings and enter new markets.
