KPI Green Energy Limited has entered into a contract agreement with Coal India Limited to develop a 300 MWAC grid-connected ground-mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) plant at GIPCL’s Solar Park in Khavda, Gujarat. The project includes operation and maintenance (O&M) services for five years.
According to the contract, the project is valued at ₹1,311.40 crore, with completion scheduled for November 2025.
The agreement is part of KPI Green Energy’s expansion strategy, which aims to achieve a total capacity of 10 GW by 2030.
