Gabriel India Ltd has signed a Technical Assistance Agreement with Netherlands-based TracTive Suspension BV (TracTive) to manufacture, sell, and distribute TracTive’s proprietary suspension adjustment technologies in India. The agreement, signed on February 21, 2025, grants Gabriel India exclusive rights to these technologies within the country.

Under the agreement, TracTive will provide technical expertise, knowledge transfer, and training programs to Gabriel India. The arrangement includes a compensation structure with lump-sum fees and royalty payments from Gabriel India to TracTive.

Gabriel India reported an annual turnover of INR 34,220 million in FY 2023-24, while TracTive recorded an annual turnover of 8.0 million euros during the same period. The companies confirmed that the agreement does not involve related party transactions, and no promoter or group entities have any financial interest in the deal.

Gabriel India, part of the Anand Group, manufactures ride control products, including shock absorbers, struts, and front forks, for automobiles, commercial vehicles, and two-wheelers. The company operates multiple manufacturing facilities in India and supplies major automotive manufacturers such as Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, and Hero MotoCorp.

TracTive specializes in electronically adjustable suspension systems, offering patented semi-active and active suspension solutions. Founded in 2010, the company provides suspension technology for high-performance vehicles, motorcycles, and specialized automotive applications.
