Zen Technologies Limited has announced investments in Vector Technics Private Limited and Bhairav Robotics Private Limited, expanding its presence in the defence sector.
Zen Technologies has acquired a 51% stake in Vector Technics, a company specializing in propulsion and power distribution solutions for drones and UAVs. This acquisition is expected to enhance Zen’s capabilities in aerospace components and drone technology.
Additionally, Zen has obtained a 45.33% stake in Bhairav Robotics, which focuses on defence robotics and autonomous systems, including quadrupedal robots and autonomous weapon platforms.
The company stated that these investments align with its focus on defence manufacturing and technology development. The transactions are subject to regulatory approvals and are expected to be completed by the end of FY2025.
