Rangsons Aerospace has raised INR 3 billion (USD 36.5 million) in an investment round led by ValueQuest Investment Advisors, with Anand Rathi Advisors acting as the financial advisor. The funding aims to enhance the company’s operational capacity and facilitate growth into new business areas through strategic acquisitions.
In January 2024, Rangsons Aerospace entered into a five-year contract with Boeing to supply tubes and ducts for aerospace systems, marking Boeing’s first such collaboration with an Indian supplier. This agreement underscores the company’s role in the global aviation supply chain.
Based in Mysuru, Rangsons Aerospace operates three manufacturing facilities across Bengaluru and Mysuru. The company specializes in products such as satellite communication systems, airborne thermal management solutions, and fluid distribution systems. It serves global aerospace firms, including Boeing, GE, and Honeywell, as well as Indian organizations like ISRO, the Indian Navy, and HAL.
The recent investment is expected to support Rangsons Aerospace’s expansion plans and strengthen its position in both domestic and international markets.
