Aeroflex Enterprises Limited, through its subsidiary M.R. Organisation Ltd., has acquired a 51 percent equity stake in ABP Impex, a company based in Portugal. The acquisition was made via M.R. Organisation’s USA subsidiary and is intended to strengthen its presence in the high-pressure compressor services market.
ABP Impex specialises in high-pressure compressor parts and services and is capable of manufacturing components for various compressor models. According to the company, ABP Impex operates with robust EBITDA margins and brings significant technical expertise in the sector.
The acquisition is expected to help M.R. Organisation expand its compressor-related products and services across Portugal, Latin America, and Europe. The transaction is also anticipated to create cross-selling opportunities between M.R. Organisation’s existing and new customer base.

ABP Impex is led by Marcelo Brocco, who has over 35 years of experience in the compressed air industry.
