MTAR Technologies Limited, a manufacturer of precision engineering components and critical assemblies, has signed a 10-year long-term contract with Weatherford Products GMBH to supply Whipstock assemblies and other critical products. The company expects to execute orders worth approximately INR 100 million in the financial year 2025-26, with annual order values increasing to around INR 900 million starting from financial year 2026-27.
MTAR plans to fulfil these orders at a new manufacturing facility in Adibatla, which is scheduled to become operational by June 2026.
“We are in discussions with several other customers to enter into long-term agreements for various products that shall accelerate our growth momentum,” said Parvat Srinivas Reddy, Managing Director & Promoter, MTAR Technologies Limited.
MTAR operates multiple manufacturing units in Hyderabad. The Balanagar unit focuses on complex civilian nuclear assemblies and high-end defence products, supported by advanced CNC machining and quality control. The Jagadgirigutta Road unit manufactures liquid propulsion engines and components for PSLV and GSLV launch vehicles, with capabilities in CNC machining, assembly, specialized fabrication, and testing. The Gandhinagar unit produces high-volume nuclear products and other defence and aerospace components.
The Balanagar Township unit undertakes rough machining, while the Jeedmetla unit handles surface and heat treatment processes. The Export Oriented Unit (EOU) in Gandhinagar manufactures power units for Bloom Energy and critical defence components for companies such as Rafael and Elbit. Additionally, MTAR has a manufacturing facility for its sheet metal vertical at Adibatla.
