Mamata Machinery Limited, a manufacturer of flexible packaging machinery, has appointed Rajashekar Venkat as President of the company, effective May 5, 2025. The appointment is aimed at strengthening the company’s senior management, particularly in the packaging machinery division.
Venkat brings over 27 years of experience in capital equipment manufacturing. His background includes leadership roles at Kennametal, Markem-Imaje, Mettler Toledo, and Domino Printing, where he oversaw strategic growth, operational efficiency, and digital transformation across Asia and the MENA region. His expertise spans multiple sectors including printing and packaging machinery, pharmaceutical machinery, industrial machinery, and analytical instruments.
Venkat’s expertise and experience are expected to support the company’s efforts to enhance innovation, improve operational efficiency, and expand market presence.
