Karl Schüssler GmbH & Co. KG has announced the creation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Schuessler India Private Limited. This move aims to enhance the company’s operations in the Indian market by offering localized support, invoicing in Indian Rupees, and maintaining stock within the country.
Schuessler India will focus on meeting the needs of industries such as automotive, aerospace, electronics, and medical through a portfolio of over 1,800 products, including collet chucks, shrink-fit chucks, and advanced tool-holding systems. The local presence is expected to improve delivery times and offer more personalized customer support.
Andy Broghammer, Head of Global Sales and Marketing, stated that the subsidiary would allow the company to expand its reach and strengthen its market presence in India by hiring local talent and participating in industry events.
Vishal Chawla, Managing Director of Schuessler India, highlighted the growing demand for precision engineering solutions in sectors like aerospace, defense, and consumer durables in India. He emphasized that Schuessler India aims to address supply gaps and support the manufacturing sector’s growth.
As part of its growth strategy, Schuessler India plans to participate in IMTEX 2025, showcasing products such as the HAWK EYE® ER-collet chucks and Tool-manic shrinking technology.
