Tata Technologies, a product engineering and digital services company, has been selected as a strategic engineering supplier by Volvo Cars. The collaboration expands the companies’ existing relationship and will cover areas including product engineering, vehicle systems and component engineering, embedded software, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.
According to Tata Technologies, the services will be delivered from its hubs in Sweden, India, Romania, and Poland. The company’s Automotive Centre of Excellence in Gothenburg will also be involved in supporting Volvo Cars’ operations.
