Savannah Tank & Equipment Private Limited, a manufacturer of tanks, pressure vessels and process equipment, plans to expand its manufacturing footprint in India with a 20,000 sq. ft. facility in Ahmedabad. The facility is scheduled to open in mid-August 2025 and is intended to produce pressure vessels, heat exchangers, polished equipment, modular systems, and other labor-intensive fabrications.
The facility is a consolidation of DD Enterprise and AMI Engineers, two Ahmedabad-based pressure vessel and heat exchanger fabricators that were recently acquired by Savannah Tank & Equipment. The company stated that certification processes for ASME U-stamp and R-stamp are currently underway. Once operational, the Ahmedabad plant will operate alongside Savannah Tank’s existing facility in Savannah, Georgia, and is expected to broaden the company’s production range and capacity.
