Jaykay Enterprises Ltd, part of the JK Organisation, is expanding across defence and aerospace, digital manufacturing, and digital services. In defence, the company recently secured letters of intent worth INR 944.5 million from BrahMos Aerospace and INR 159 million from Bharat Dynamics. Its subsidiary, Allen Reinforced Plastics Ltd, manufactures airframes for the BrahMos missile, Konkur launcher tubes, Pinaka rocket launch tubes and naval equipment. Another subsidiary, JK Defence & Aerospace Ltd, produces missile system components, Airbus assemblies, landing gear parts and naval chassis.
In digital manufacturing and advanced systems, the company is focusing on 3D printing, prototyping, reverse engineering and additive manufacturing. JK Digital & Advanced Systems Pvt. Ltd. leads research and development in additive technology, while Neumesh Labs Pvt. Ltd. develops advanced 3D printers and supporting software. Jaykay has also partnered with the All India Institute of Medical Sciences for neurosurgical instruments and with CSIR-CSIO for medical implants manufactured through additive processes.
Through JK Technosoft Ltd, Jaykay operates in digital services, offering enterprise technology solutions such as ERP, CRM, artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud platforms and hyper-automation. Its proprietary generative AI platform, JIVA, integrates enterprise data with AI agents. Clients include Unilever, Specsavers and Thermo Fisher, with operations spanning the US, UK, EU and Bangladesh.
For FY 2024–25, Jaykay Enterprises reported revenues of INR 806.4 million, up from INR 526.6 million in the previous year. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation were INR 178.4 million. The company also raised INR 1.46 billion through a rights issue to support its expansion in defence and digital businesses.
