Mobileye Global Inc., a provider of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving technologies, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with VVDN Technologies Private Limited to localize ADAS solutions for Indian automakers. The partnership aims to enhance manufacturing readiness and accelerate the availability of advanced safety technologies tailored for the Indian automotive market.
According to a press release issued by VVDN Technologies, the collaboration combines Mobileye’s global expertise in AI-driven automotive systems with VVDN’s local engineering, testing, and production capabilities. The companies intend to localize components built on Mobileye’s EyeQ family of chips and associated sensors, supporting both domestic and export-oriented vehicle platforms.

India’s vehicle industry is witnessing increasing demand for safety and automation features, driven by regulatory changes and localisation initiatives. Mobileye, which has shipped more than 200 million system-on-chips (SoCs) worldwide, plans to adapt its technologies for Indian conditions while developing production capacity through VVDN’s facilities in Gurugram and Tamil Nadu.
Founded in 1999 and listed on Nasdaq (MBLY), Mobileye develops AI-based hardware and software for driver assistance and autonomous driving. VVDN Technologies, established in 2007, is an Indian engineering and manufacturing services company with operations across India, North America, and Asia, specialising in product design, testing, and mass production.
