MTAR Technologies Limited, a Hyderabad-based precision engineering and manufacturing company, has received new orders valued at USD 29.95 million (approximately INR 2.64 billion) from an existing international customer. The contracts are part of the company’s ongoing business engagement with the customer and are scheduled to be executed over the next two years.
The company stated that deliveries will take place in multiple phases between October 2025 and September 2026. The execution schedule includes shipments worth USD 5.11 million between October and December 2025, USD 9.58 million between January and March 2026, USD 10.29 million between April and June 2026, and USD 4.97 million between July and September 2026.
MTAR also confirmed that these orders do not qualify as related-party transactions and that the promoter group has no financial interest in the awarding entity.
