Jeh Aerospace, a Hyderabad-based manufacturer of precision aerospace and defence components, has launched its new facility named Mach 2 at Horizon Industrial Parks, Kothur, Hyderabad. The 200,000 sq ft site expands the company’s Hyderabad footprint to over 250,000 sq ft and is intended to serve as a “software-defined, AI-augmented” manufacturing hub for complex flight-critical parts.

The company specialises in flight-critical aerostructures and aero-engine components for commercial aerospace customers.

Mach 2 is conceived as a software-defined, AI-augmented manufacturing system built to integrate digital twins, autonomous machining and closed-loop process control. The facility’s name reflects the company’s focus on operating at higher levels of speed, precision and execution, drawing from the aerospace concept of mach numbers to signal the pace at which manufacturing workflows are intended to function. The unit is designed to reduce lead times and improve predictability in the production of complex components.

Jeh Aerospace has expanded its operations over the past two years through investments in automation and digital process capability. The company has grown to more than 120 employees, delivered over 150,000 flight-critical components and built an order book exceeding USD 150 million. It aims to scale these programmes further by consolidating machining, inspection and digital workflow systems within the Mach 2 facility.

The new unit is planned as the platform for the next phase of the company’s operational development. It is intended to support higher-volume production, tighter tolerances and increased reliance on data-driven manufacturing systems as aerospace programmes evolve.

Jeh Aerospace provides precision aerostructure and aero-engine components supported by automation, AI-enabled machining and digital manufacturing technologies for global aerospace customers.
