Divine Power Energy Limited has initiated a capacity expansion programme supported by the import of advanced production machinery for its conductor and aluminium strip operations. The company said in a stock exchange filing that its subsidiary Vimlesh Industries Private Limited executed a technical cooperation and machinery supply agreement to establish a continuously transposed conductor (CTC) production line, with thirty percent of the USD 1.84 million contract value paid on 04 December 2025.
The company had indicated plans to import a Conform machine from Dalian Machinery, China in a press release issued earlier. The equipment is expected to expand production capacity in aluminium bare strip and insulated aluminium strip product segments and improve operational efficiency.
The filing states that the imported CTC line includes auxiliary equipment, installation support, operator training, on-site technical deployment, and three years of remote technical assistance. The company said the investment is intended to enhance utilisation levels, improve quality and reduce processing time, contributing to long-term operational improvements.
Divine Power reported that it is expanding its global market presence, with a focus on increasing exports to the Middle East. The company plans to participate in the upcoming Middle East Electricity Exhibition in Dubai to showcase its product portfolio and strengthen engagement with distributors and clients in the region.
The company stated that its order book has grown by more than INR 4 billion to date, supported by demand for bare and insulated copper and aluminium wires and strips used in transformers and electrical equipment. Its subsidiary VIPL has also secured an order from Indian Railways during the current financial year.
For the half year ended 30 September 2025, Divine Power reported standalone revenue of INR 2.79 billion and consolidated revenue of INR 1.80 billion, according to the financial charts included in the company’s November disclosure. The company continues to emphasise export-led growth, participation in power and electrical projects, and value-added manufacturing through technology upgrades.
