Gravton Motors Pvt Ltd, an electric mobility manufacturer, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Telangana at the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 in Hyderabad. The agreement outlines plans to establish facilities for electric vehicle (EV) powertrain production, EV two-wheeler manufacturing and autonomous ground-vehicle (AGV) development.
“We are proud to join hands with the Government of Telangana at a summit that reflects the State’s bold ambition for the future. This MoU is the start of a shared journey to build a strong base for electric mobility and advanced manufacturing in Telangana. The State’s proactive governance and focus on innovation create the ideal foundation for companies like ours to build, scale and contribute meaningfully. We look forward to developing future-ready technology that not only benefits Telangana but strengthens India’s position in the global EV landscape,” said Parshuram Paka, Founder and Managing Director of Gravton Motors.
The MoU functions as a framework for cooperation, with detailed agreements to be formalised in the coming months. Both parties have indicated their intention to promote industrial growth centred on sustainability, technology and long-term value creation.
The State government will extend facilitation support through the Telangana State Industrial Project Approval and Self Certification System (TG-IPASS). The mechanism is expected to provide accelerated clearances and coordinated assistance from multiple departments to enable smooth implementation of the proposed project.
The company stated that the initiative aligns with Telangana’s broader objective of strengthening its clean-mobility ecosystem and positioning itself as a hub for emerging-technology industries. Gravton Motors noted that research-focused manufacturing, skilled talent development and next-generation mobility solutions are central to the collaboration framework.
Gravton Motors is engaged in the design and manufacture of electric two-wheelers and related mobility technologies.
