Moldtek Packaging Limited, a packaging solutions provider, said on 02 December 2025 that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Vibe Generation Holdings, a United Kingdom-based technology and marketing company, to commercialise proprietary designs for high-precision caps and closures. The agreement covers joint development, mould manufacture and a commercial rollout aimed at premium, dimension-critical closure products and is intended to expand Moldtek’s export revenue over the next five years.
According to a press release issued by Mold-Tek Packaging Limited, the collaboration targets a global market opportunity estimated at USD 1 billion and aims to generate revenues of around USD 25–30 million in the next five years.
Under the MoU, Moldtek will lead mould development, manufacture and commercial production using its in-house design and tool-room capabilities, while Vibe Generation will handle international marketing and sales across Europe and the United States. The release names David Pritchett as managing partner of Vibe Generation and identifies his prior experience as more than 15 years as chief executive of a multinational packaging firm with USD 500 million in turnover and over 35 years in international business and marketing. Riddhamn Baahri is named as chief operating officer and is described as having prior experience in manufacturing dispensers and closures.
The companies said they have jointly identified specific products and development pathways for the initial phase and structured the engagement with mutual exclusivity and a non-compete framework to protect shared intellectual property. The press release states the arrangement is designed to protect design integrity and support long-term value creation through focused development and IP safeguards.
The release frames the agreement as aligning with Moldtek’s strategic roadmap to move into higher-margin, design-centric segments where dimensional accuracy and design integrity are critical. It states the partnership is intended to strengthen the company’s global presence in premium closures and increase export revenues.
Moldtek Packaging Limited is incorporated in India and operates manufacturing and moulding facilities, with corporate offices in Hyderabad. The company provides packaging and closure solutions and undertakes mould design and manufacturing for commercial rollout.
