The order relates to Tarapur Atomic Power Station Units 3 and 4 and will be executed through staggered deliveries extending up to December 2028.
The order has been awarded by Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) and covers the manufacture, supply, and delivery of support equipment required for the two units under development at the Tarapur facility.
The contract has been classified as a domestic order and does not involve any interest from the promoter or promoter group of Unimech Aerospace and Manufacturing Limited in the awarding entity. The company has also stated that the order does not fall within the ambit of related party transactions under applicable regulations.
