Aimtron Electronics Limited has secured its first box-build order from a Europe-headquartered original equipment manufacturer (OEM), marking the company’s entry into the European market. The order covers a box-build solution for automotive and industrial end-markets and represents an expansion of the company’s export footprint beyond its existing geographies.

The initial order is valued at approximately EUR 359,454.55, which the company stated is equivalent to INR 38.79 million based on the prevailing conversion rate. The OEM is headquartered in Europe and operates manufacturing facilities in Spain, supplying global automotive and industrial customers.

According to a press release issued by Aimtron Electronics Limited on 10 February 2026, the order is for a high-value box-build solution intended for European end-markets. The company stated that while the current order size is limited, it is strategically significant as it establishes Aimtron’s presence in Europe and demonstrates its ability to meet European automotive quality, safety, and compliance requirements.

The company indicated that discussions with the customer and visibility on follow-on programmes suggest the revenue potential from this engagement could increase to approximately three to four times the current order value in the 2027 financial year. No specific timelines, volumes, or commercial terms related to potential future orders were disclosed.

Aimtron said the development assumes significance in the context of the recently announced India–Europe Free Trade Agreement, which is expected to support trade flows, improve competitiveness of Indian manufacturers, and accelerate supply-chain diversification by European OEMs. The company did not provide further details on how the agreement may directly affect the current order or future engagements.

Aimtron Electronics Limited is an electronics system design and manufacturing company headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat. The company was incorporated in 2011 and commenced manufacturing operations in 2012. It initially operated under a consignment-based manufacturing model with an original design manufacturer, through which it developed experience in volume production, operational processes, and customer collaboration.
