Synergy Green Industries Ltd., a manufacturer of castings used in wind turbine components, has secured a development order from Adani New Industries Ltd. for the supply of cast components for 3.3 MW wind turbine generators. The order, valued at INR 53.7 million, includes fully finished Main Frame and Hub castings. Deliveries will be made to Adani’s facility in Mundra, Gujarat, and the execution is scheduled by December 25, 2025.
According to the company, payment for the order will be made via an irrevocable letter of credit covering 100 percent of the purchase value. The goods will be inspected by the buyer, while Synergy Green will be responsible for developing the required casting patterns. The defect liability period is set at 60 months from the date of commissioning or 66 months from delivery, whichever occurs earlier.
This order follows Synergy Green’s ongoing supply of bearing housing castings for Adani Wind’s 5 MW turbine platform. The company noted that the new development order may lead to a significant increase in business volumes. Based on internal estimates, the company anticipates its order book could rise from INR 200 million in FY 2025 to INR 400 million in FY 2026, assuming successful completion and scale-up.
The development phase is expected to be completed in Q3 of FY 2026, with serial production scheduled in Q4 of FY 2026.
Headquartered in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, Synergy Green Industries manufactures large and critical castings used in wind turbine components. The company supplies both domestic and international wind turbine manufacturers.
