Pavna Sunworld Autotech Pvt. Ltd., a manufacturer of automotive components, has commenced production and supply of oil pumps for Hero MotoCorp Ltd., effective July 14, 2025. The components are designated for Hero’s Splendor and Glamour motorcycle models and will be distributed to all six of the company’s manufacturing facilities in India.
Production is currently ramping up and is expected to reach approximately 50,000 units per month over the next three to four months. This contract represents a new business development for Pavna Industries, the parent company, which manufactures components for a range of vehicle categories and supplies several original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
Pavna Industries Limited, established in 1994, operates manufacturing units in Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh), Aurangabad (Maharashtra), and Pantnagar (Uttarakhand). The company produces a variety of automotive parts including ignition switches, oil pumps, auto locks, throttle bodies, and casting components. Its client base includes OEMs such as Bajaj, TVS, Honda, Royal Enfield, Ashok Leyland, and Mahindra, with exports to international markets including the United States, Italy, Sri Lanka, and Indonesia.
