Rossell Techsys Limited, an aerospace and defence manufacturing company, has appointed Senthil Balasubramanian as Chief Executive Officer, effective 18 August 2025. The appointment was announced as part of a management change within the company.
Balasubramanian has three decades of experience in the aerospace and defence sector, having worked across the United States, Philippines, Puerto Rico, and Mexico. He spent ten years at Collins Aerospace, where he oversaw manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and quality functions across multiple factories and product lines with an annual revenue base of more than USD 800 million.
Earlier, he served as Country General Manager at ITT Interconnect Solutions in Mexico, managing production for clients including Boeing and Airbus. Most recently, he was Vice President of Global Operations at Ultra Maritime, where he directed sonobuoy manufacturing for the U.S. Navy across five facilities.
Balasubramanian holds two master’s degrees, one in Engineering and another in Business Administration, both from the United States. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
