L&T Semiconductor Technologies (LTSCT) has inaugurated its first Patent Wall to display more than 25 patents granted to the company. The inauguration was attended by S.N. Subrahmanyan, Chairman and Managing Director of Larsen & Toubro, Arun Ramchandani, Senior Vice President and Head of Precision Engineering and Systems at L&T, and Sandeep Kumar, Chief Executive Officer of LTSCT.

The Patent Wall serves as a consolidated record of LTSCT’s intellectual property and is intended to act as a reference point for employees and stakeholders. The company’s patents span areas including smart devices, sensors, analogue mixed-signal, RF products, and solutions relevant to automotive, energy, industrial, and telecom sectors. LTSCT stated that patents in the semiconductor industry play a role in market exclusivity, intellectual property protection, technology licensing, and attracting strategic partnerships and investment.

LTSCT has also partnered with Indian research institutions and government agencies on research and development programmes. The company said these collaborations are aimed at strengthening the domestic semiconductor ecosystem.
