Remsons Industries Limited, a manufacturer of automotive components, has identified an additional 80,000 square feet of property in the National Capital Region to support its expansion plans. The company stated that the move is intended to meet increasing demand for its products and strengthen manufacturing and operational capabilities.

The company has set a revenue target of INR 9 billion by 2030. “Our expansion in the NCR region reflects our commitment to meet rising customer demands and strengthen our market presence. We are confident that this strategic investment will help us reach our ambitious revenue target by 2030,” said Rahul Kejriwal, Executive Director.

Remsons Industries Limited operates five state-of-the-art manufacturing plants in India, including a newly commissioned large plant in Pune that doubled capacity compared to its earlier Daman facility. These plants are equipped with advanced manufacturing technologies such as pressure die casting, injection molding, ultrasonic plastic welding, CNC machining, metal fabrication with welding, and have robust in-house testing and validation capabilities.

Their product range focuses on automotive control cables, gear shift mechanisms, parking brake assemblies, push-pull cables, and now includes advanced locomotive components from their new facility in Chakan, Maharashtra, dedicated to railway applications.

The manufacturing operations apply Lean principles with continuous improvement, quality standardization, and employee involvement across plants located in Pune, Daman, Gurugram, and Pardi among others. Pune’s location also provides strategic advantages due to its status as a major automobile and component manufacturing hub in India.

The company has expanded manufacturing capabilities to support diverse sectors such as automotive (2, 3, and 4 wheelers), agricultural, construction, railway, and lighting industries. The Indian plants work synergistically with the company’s UK facility to serve global customers with enhanced product design, development, and engineering support.

Remsons Industries Limited manufactures automotive components for two, three and four-wheeler vehicles, commercial vehicles and off-highway vehicles. The company is headquartered in Mumbai and operates facilities in Gurgaon, Pune, Pardi and Daman in India, as well as in Stourport, United Kingdom. Its product range includes control cables, gear shifters, pedal boxes, winches, jacks, sensors, automotive lights, electronics and tyre mobility kits.
