Praneetha EcoCables, a joint venture between Kutch Copper Limited (a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises) and Praneetha Ventures Private Limited, has announced plans to set up a wire and cable manufacturing facility in Virochannagar, Ahmedabad. The plant, spread across 27 acres, is expected to be operational by December 2026.

The company, incorporated in March 2025 with an authorised and paid-up capital of INR 1 million, will focus on producing eco-friendly wires and cables using pure copper. The facility aims to meet increasing demand in India’s wires and cables market, driven by electrification, infrastructure development, renewable energy, and electric vehicle adoption.

The joint venture is equally owned, with each partner holding 50 percent equity. The upcoming facility is expected to enhance industrial growth and serve India’s infrastructure and energy needs.

Praneetha EcoCables is a joint venture established to manufacture, market, and distribute metal products, cables, and wires, combining the operations of Kutch Copper Limited and Praneetha Ventures Private Limited.
