TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited has appointed Vikas Chadha as Global Chief Executive Officer with effect from 22 January 2026, as part of a planned leadership transition at the company. The appointment was approved by the board of directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
The appointment is aligned with a structured succession plan following the decision of the current Managing Director to retire during the course of the 2026–27 financial year.
As part of the transition plan, the existing Managing Director will continue in the role during the interim period and will work closely with Chadha to ensure continuity in leadership and execution of strategy. The board intends to complete the leadership transition during the 2026–27 financial year.

Chadha has more than 30 years of leadership experience across multinational organisations and an Indian publicly listed company. His professional background includes managing large, geographically diverse operations and profit-and-loss responsibilities exceeding USD 1 billion.
Prior to his appointment, Chadha served as chief executive officer of Jumbo Electronics Group based in Dubai. He has held several senior leadership roles across different industries and regions, with experience in strategy execution, organisational transformation, and operational management.
Chadha holds a degree in electronics and communications engineering and an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. The company stated that there are no disclosed relationships between him and any of the directors or key managerial personnel.
