Neolite ZKW has inaugurated a new manufacturing facility in Pune, Maharashtra, aimed at enhancing its production capabilities in the automotive lighting sector. The plant integrates energy-efficient manufacturing processes and meets green building standards, including water recycling and reuse initiatives. It operates as a zero-discharge facility, reflecting the company’s focus on sustainability.
The Pune facility incorporates advanced automation systems, such as automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and overhead conveyors, in line with Industry 4.0 principles to optimize production. This new site is expected to support Neolite’s efforts to meet the growing demand in the passenger vehicle segment.
Rajesh Jain, Managing Director of Neolite ZKW, noted the plant’s role in maintaining product quality and performance. CEO Rajesh Soni highlighted its strategic location, which will allow the company to better serve key customers in the region.
The opening of this plant marks a significant step in the company’s ongoing expansion in the automotive lighting market.
