Kranti Industries Limited has announced the receipt of a business nomination letter and purchase order valued at ₹83.12 lakh from CNH Industrial (India) Private Limited. The order encompasses the development and supply of three product assemblies—Knife, Arm HD, Frame Knotter Assembly, and Latch Assembly—as part of CNH’s Agri Implements project. The project involves Kranti’s subsidiary, Preciso Metall Pvt. Ltd., which will oversee raw casting sourcing.

The company’s press release states that development and initial samples are scheduled for completion by December 2024, with ongoing component supply to follow.

Commenting on the development, Kranti Industries Chairman and Managing Director Sachin Subhash Vora stated that the partnership is a reflection of Kranti Industries’ commitment to delivering high-quality, precision-engineered products. The involvement of Kranti subsidiary, Preciso Metall Pvt. Ltd., in sourcing raw castings aims to ensure both cost-effectiveness and adherence to the highest quality standards.
