Schneider Electric has announced plans to set up a new printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing facility in Karnataka, India. The announcement was made during a meeting in Paris between Karnataka’s Industries Minister MB Patil and executives from Schneider Electric. The meeting was part of a global roadshow promoting Invest Karnataka 2025, the state’s flagship investment initiative.

Bruno Turchet, Schneider Electric’s Vice President for Global Supply Chain Strategy Deployment, outlined the company’s expansion plans and highlighted Bengaluru’s significance as a strategic hub. The Karnataka government expressed its support for the expansion and extended an invitation to Schneider Electric’s global leadership team to participate in the upcoming Global Investors Meet.

The roadshow also included discussions with Forvia, an automotive supplier with significant operations in Karnataka. Forvia representatives discussed potential expansion plans, citing the state’s favorable business environment.
