Hyderabad-based AZAD Engineering Limited has entered into a six-year long-term supply agreement with GE Vernova International LLC, a United States-based entity. Under the agreement, AZAD Engineering will supply advanced gas turbine components, specifically complex rotating and stationary airfoils, for use in the global power generation sector.

The agreement is valued at $112 million (approximately ₹960 crore). According to the company, this contract marks a significant business collaboration aimed at meeting growing international demand for advanced turbine technologies.

The agreement does not involve any shareholding between the entities and is not classified as a related-party transaction. No additional disclosures, such as board nominations or potential conflicts of interest, were indicated.

The deal underscores AZAD Engineering’s focus on delivering engineered components for industrial applications, with the execution timeline set over six years.
