Sealmatic India Limited, a manufacturer and supplier of mechanical seals, has announced a strategic partnership with Fluiten OOO, a Russian firm specializing in mechanical seals. The collaboration aims to expand Sealmatic’s presence in the Russian market, focusing on the sale, repair, and refurbishment of mechanical sealing solutions.
The partnership will cater to major Russian industries, including petrochemical, power, water, desalination, chemical, and mining sectors. Prominent clients targeted include companies such as Lukoil, Rosneft, Gazprom, and EUROCHEM, as well as engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms.
According to a statement from Zakir Chaudhary, Vice President of Engineering at Sealmatic, the partnership is a step towards offering tailored solutions for critical industrial applications in Russia. Sergey Berezin of Fluiten OOO highlighted that the collaboration is aimed at capturing a portion of the estimated USD 150 million Russian mechanical seals market and expanding global service offerings.
