TotalEnergies entered into a 10-year LNG supply agreement with Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation (GSPC) for 400,000 metric tons annually, starting in 2026.
Discussions at the event focused on energy transition, digitalization, and alternative fuel adoption. Industry executives highlighted a shift towards using renewable feedstocks, such as used cooking oil, in oil refining. The petrochemical sector was identified as an area of growth, with investments expected to reach $87 billion over the next decade.
India Energy Week 2025 also hosted discussions on clean cooking solutions and industry startup innovations. The conference featured 105 sessions covering artificial intelligence applications, grid-scale energy storage, and methane mitigation.
