Royal Enfield has inaugurated a 50,000-square-foot spare parts warehouse in Bhiwandi, Thane, Maharashtra, to enhance the availability of genuine spare parts, oil, and lubricants across western and central India. The facility will house over 3,500 stock-keeping units and serve more than 310 channel partners, aiming to reduce transit times for customers in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Goa.

In addition to this development, the company has acquired a 60-acre land parcel in Cheyyar, near Chennai, Tamil Nadu, for a new manufacturing plant. This facility will produce internal combustion engine motorcycles and is designed to accommodate future electric vehicle (EV) production. Royal Enfield plans to invest between ₹1,000 crore and ₹1,500 crore over the next 12 to 24 months in this project.

The company is also expanding its international presence by establishing assembly operations in Nepal and Bangladesh. These initiatives aim to strengthen Royal Enfield’s global footprint and cater to the growing demand in these markets.

These strategic expansions reflect Royal Enfield’s efforts to enhance its manufacturing capabilities and aftersales service infrastructure, both domestically and internationally.
