The 59th ACMA Excellence Awards honored around 60 auto component manufacturers with 109 awards across 10 categories, recognizing achievements in manufacturing, product development, localization, and exports.
Shriram Pistons And Rings Ltd received multiple accolades, including Platinum awards for Excellence in Manufacturing, New Product Design and Development (NPDD) and Localization, and Export. The company also secured Gold awards in Safety and Environment, Social & Governance (ESG).
ADM Joinflex India Pvt Ltd – Tube Division won Gold awards in Tier 2 Supplier Development, Safety, and Digitalization, along with a Platinum award in NPDD and Localization.
Wheels India Ltd earned Gold awards in Manufacturing, Digitalization, and ESG, while Uno Minda Ltd – Seating Division received a Platinum award in NPDD and Localization, a Gold in Export, and a Bronze in Safety.
Marelli Talbros Chassis Systems Pvt Ltd and Metalman Micro Turners were also recognized for their contributions in various categories. The awards were presented alongside the 10th ACMA Mobility Foundation Technology Summit, which included the release of a report on export growth in collaboration with Boston Consulting Group.
ACMA President Shradha Suri Marwah noted that the industry recorded a turnover of USD 74.1 billion in FY2024, with exports reaching USD 21.2 billion.
