The initiative focuses on accelerating product feature delivery, improving development efficiency, and contributing to the rearchitecture of the vehicle technology stack.
The collaboration aims to support Mercedes-Benz’s global software development strategy, which emphasizes integrated software architecture to enhance vehicle functionality, enable continuous updates, and maintain technological relevance throughout a vehicle’s lifecycle.
KPIT will leverage its domain expertise in mobility technologies to support the transformation. According to the company, the partnership will involve applying knowledge from previous mobility programs to help rearchitect next-generation automotive software systems.
