WS Audiology has opened a new commercial and production facility in Bengaluru, expanding its operational footprint in India. The Bengaluru hub currently employs over 200 professionals across production, sales, marketing, and operations, and is intended to support growing demand for hearing care products and services in the country.

The company has existing offices in Delhi and Hyderabad, and operates a digital platform, Hear.com. The Bengaluru facility is designed to improve operational efficiency and customer service capacity. Avinash Pawar, Country Manager for WS Audiology India, stated, “Given the increasing demand for our solutions, we’ve outgrown our previous space. This new office allows us to bring more efficiency to our services, strengthen our operations and customer support, and better cater to the needs of the Indian market over the next few years.”

WS Audiology India also participates in public sector tenders to supply hearing aids and supports corporate social responsibility programs that provide devices to underserved communities.

The facility is part of the company’s broader regional strategy. Olivier Chupin, Regional President for Asia Pacific, said, “We are committed to continuously investing in India—not just in infrastructure, but in people, partnerships, and possibilities to bring Wonderful Sound to All.”

According to the World Health Organization, approximately 6.3% of India’s population experiences significant hearing loss. WS Audiology’s operations in India are positioned to address a portion of this demand through expanded production and service capacity.
