Remsons Industries Limited, a Mumbai-based manufacturer of auto components, has secured a supply contract from Stellantis N.V., North America, valued at more than INR 3 billion. The contract involves the supply of control cables for Stellantis’ smart cars, Jeep vehicles, and three-wheeler segment. Deliveries are scheduled to commence in the next financial year and will be completed over a period of seven years.

The agreement includes standard terms covering product quality, delivery timelines, and pricing as mutually agreed. The order originates from an international entity and does not involve any related party transactions, according to the company.

In addition to this contract, Remsons Industries has been expanding its operations through various strategic initiatives. In October 2024, the company acquired a 51% equity stake in UK-based BEE Lighting for approximately INR 330 million. This acquisition marked Remsons’ entry into the automotive lighting market, aiming to diversify its product portfolio .

Furthermore, Remsons has been actively pursuing joint ventures to enhance its product offerings. The company has entered into partnerships with Turkey-based Daiichi Infotainment System and Switzerland-based Aircom Group AG. These collaborations are focused on developing infotainment systems and tyre mobility kits, respectively .

In April 2024, Remsons secured a INR 300 million order from Tata Motors for the supply of winches used for spare wheels. This order, which is the fourth from Tata Motors, will be executed over three years and includes models such as Tigor, Altroz, Punch, and the upcoming Nexon CNG .
