Concast (India), a provider of continuous casting technology, has opened its new facility, Taloja Works, in Taloja, Maharashtra. The facility, which was inaugurated in late March 2025, is intended to support the company’s product quality and improve operational processes.

The Taloja Works includes 12 assembly stations, dedicated cutting and piping zones, and a specialized paint booth equipped with infrared dryers. The site also features a warehouse with digital tracking and quality control systems. The company has installed solar panels at the facility to supplement its energy requirements.

The plant is equipped with a high-precision 3D scanner for defect detection and dimensional analysis, along with 3D inspection tools across the assembly area.
